We are facing high packet loss (more than 60%) in our above moentioned Linux Reseller Hosting servers from 26/02/2026 4:54 am IST. The Data center team is actively checking the issues.
Websites, cpanel, email access are temporaliy very slow or not accessible intermittedly due to the above issues.
DC Network Team has checked the network area and not found any issues in routers, routing tables, ips, etc. Now checking with the server hardware for any issues, so kept the server down during the checking time.
Update at 9:30AM IST - The network team analysed high ddos traffic to server. These high traffic is getting bottlenecked the network ports. However the server protection and firewall is blocking most of such traffic before reaching the server, so server is safe now. But the bottleneck in the intermediatery routers is getting packet loss. The network team is null routing the traffic manually now.
Update at 11:20AM IST - The network team has blocked nearly 90% of such traffic.
Update at 06:00PM IST - The network team has blocked nearly 98% of such traffic.
Update at 10:00PM IST - The network is working properly. Our firewall has blocked more that 19.7 TB of unwanted traffic.
THIS ISSUE IS RESOLVED.
